It is commonly known as Kansui Park. It is a 9.8-hectare waterfront cultural park that is being developed while cherishing the richness of the waterfront space as a symbolic zone. Making use of Toyama's nature and the history of the Fugan Canal, this space is an oasis that looks at and creates the local culture and future. The waterfront space, which uses the old boat dock as a place to get close to the water, is the center, and promenades and grassy slopes are placed on both banks, creating a park function that is both relaxing and waterfront, and together with the plaza with the spring and waterfall, it is also a scenic symbol of the city. Free parking for 171 cars (9:00-22:00) Starbucks Located in Fugan Canal Kansui Park, which takes advantage of the richness of the waterfront space and the history of Toyama's nature and the Fugan Canal, there are lawns and promenades that spread throughout the park.
