Mr. Topher, when I practice moving it between my hands, I drop the ball a lot, but if I keep it in one hand, I never drop it. Yeah. You're right. But that's not juggling. Holding twelve balls in your arms and saying look, I'm juggling, I didn't drop one? Not juggling. It's not juggling until the balls move. And it's not really singing until your voice moves, between chest, head, and mix. You can plant yourself in chest voice forever and never crack, the way you can hold a ball forever and never drop it. Real singing is navigating the registers, and navigating is exactly where the cracks live. So here's the reframe. At your age and training level, cracks are in some ways a GOOD sign. They're evidence you're attempting the move. A singer with zero cracks has often just isolated their chest voice and turned the head voice off. They've held the ball in one hand and called it juggling. Yes, it's harder when you move between them, like it's harder when we put weight on the bar. That's the whole point.
